RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
DMC VALLARTA are the most popular tours and activities in Puerto Vallarta. All our excursions are exclusive and require reservation.
To ensure that each of our adventurers has the opportunity to experience and admire nature, culture, and develop the enthusiasm for personal discovery that our tours offer, we limit the number of guests on each of our tours – so please do your reservations today! Our credit card reservation system makes it easy!
Cancellations and Changes
In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, DMC Vallarta operates a strict cancellation policy:
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
48 hours in advance or more prior to the tour date – 50% refund
24 hours in advance or more prior to the tour date – No refund
Less than 48 hours before the tour date, no show or late arrival – No changes or refunds apply
Changes in reservations or cancellations can be requested via email. All changes will be subject to availability.
Please note that for any unexpected circumstances that cause last-minute cancellations, such as positive test for Covid-19, flight canceled by the airline, medical event, etc., you must present proof of situation such as medical note, covid-test results. 19th airline flight status. Please note that these documents must be in your name or the name of the person you want to cancel. Upon receiving proof of the situation by email to: reservas@dmcvallarta.com, you will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Changes in reservations or cancellations must be requested by your group coordinator. All changes will be subject to availability.
At least 10 calendar days prior to the day of your activity – 50% refund
Less than 72 hours before the tour date, no show or late arrival – No changes or refunds apply.
Charges to your card
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed, normally this process is reflected after 24 hours of confirming your reservation on our page. If the date you selected is not available, DMC Vallarta will offer alternative dates or times. An amount of 12% for the online transaction will be added at the time of purchase and will be applied in the Order Summary as Fees.
Prices and Exchange Rate
Card charges are in Mexican pesos. We use the exchange rate of the day provided by the bank, to convert our prices in American dollars to Mexican pesos.
Charge to your Secure Credit Card
DMC Vallarta wants you to feel as safe as possible when you make an online purchase. For this reason we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, safeguarding your card information when you book tours. This safeguarding process prevents other people from having access to the information transmitted over the Internet. Once received, your card information is not transmitted over the network again.
On the day of your tour, you must bring your credit card and some form of official identification for registration. Alternatively, a copy of both sides of your credit card and ID can be mailed to reservas@dmcvallarta.com prior to your arrival.
Whichever method you choose, our specialists will respond to you in less than 48 hours.
